If you do not see the charge there, and you were actually billed by verifying with the bank of that card, then you will need to dispute the charge with them. Currently there are scams going around that claim you are being billed by Apple and the message also has a number that you should NOT call and give them any information. If you did additional steps will need to be taken to secure your Apple Account by changing your password.
