How to resolve Sony LIV payment and subscription issues on App Store?

My money is debited from bank and I received sms that money is debited to apple service but apple store doesn’t showing me any invoice and also the Subscription of Sony Liv for which money is deb Is also not renewed yet .

For any purchase that is managed by Apple, you will find it here:

View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services - Apple Support


Along with subscriptions the can be cancelled here:

View or cancel app subscriptions on iPhone - Apple Support


If you do not see the charge there, and you were actually billed by verifying with the bank of that card, then you will need to dispute the charge with them. Currently there are scams going around that claim you are being billed by Apple and the message also has a number that you should NOT call and give them any information. If you did additional steps will need to be taken to secure your Apple Account by changing your password.
