I was charged for a certain subscribtion but since i did not need it i cancelled it just in time.
Requested a refund and it was approved and refunded however the refund has never hit my card/bank.

See the following excerpt from Check the status of a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, and all other payment methods—It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.

Already reached out to the financial institution they also confirmed it has not been credited
