Why is my App Store refund denied?
On March 21 at 00:05, Apple charged me 6,990 KZT for a subscription to the PDD Test app. I did NOT authorize this charge. I had a one-month subscription in July and January, but I canceled it and haven’t used the app since. The app wasn’t even updated on my phone.
I immediately requested a refund through Apple, but you denied it twice. I also contacted the app developer, and they confirmed that this is Apple’s issue.
This is an unauthorized charge, and I demand a refund. If this isn’t resolved, I will escalate the issue further. Please assist me immediately.
This is unacceptable.
I have already requested a refund twice, and Apple unfairly denied it. Now I can’t even select this charge for review because it says the decision is final.
