How can I retrieve missing California ID on my Apple Wallet?
I previously had mi California ID in my wallet and it’s not there anymore

The state of issue controls the license when added to an electronic wallet. Apple has no control of the items in the Wallet.
It sounds like the state did not reset the Wallet after you removed your ID. You’ll need to contact the state and explain the situation. They can reset your license so you can add it again.
The state only allows the ID in one electronic wallet at a time. The states system and your Wallet think the license is still in the Wallet.
