Macintosh Hd does not include anymore photoshop or lightroom, but I am using those from external HD where I moved those apps, and so my internal hard drive isn´t fun of different catalogs and previevs etc

If you've paid the licence for using these apps then it's perfectly legal.
That said, applications are best left in the Applications Folder. That's where the OS and other application expect find them, and moving them off disk can cause issues.
However, the library for Lightroom can be moved off disk with no issue. Just be sure the disk if formatted Mac OS X Extended, Journaled or apfs.
Okei, thanks. That Adobe thing was bit unknown for me. They are so "after" everything "suspicious". I have managed to get all my LR and LRc libraries so mixet up lately, like I had done it by purpose. For me it depends on like what language site I use. Creative cloud says at USA that yeah you have everything updated etc and page in finland or app says download PS 2025 etc. And there is also some misunderstanding what are those machines updating and where, I feel like LR or whatever CC synced my photos out of whole system and External HD was empty so I didin´t even had those 130kB previews. Year 2018 disappeared , still don´t know how. You can see some long numberlettercompinationsmallpicture years later and you can realize that was taken 2018, but how, what, why....Don´t get it.
Those Applications are working fine where ever they are, of course you can move only kind of apps to external drive. I put LRc and its this years catalogue hard drive and raws in the Orico Dock under MacMini and all other LR catalogues, picturefolders, movies etc on another NVMe M.2 Drive and it took 2 days that those iFucks and Adobes somehow synced themselves like wherever. I had organized those for weeks :D
Maybe it is about home folder, its punishment for your needs, at least things goes where they are accidentaly going, sometimes those syncing things just don't have any captain. I Think. No matter if you put those syncs off at every machine. One moment and iOS LR is slightly putting a bit files moving to world.
By t he way, does Apple punish people somehow if you are doing your own things? l could not renew few apps today, maybe for to remind me of something, but those iCloud and other pays disappeared nicely.
Like Crime in the city song wouldn´t be enough to remind about everything.
