Why is there no way to see all open tabs?

Why isn't there a "task manager" window, something all other browsers have, that allow us to see all open tabs, as well as how much memory & CPU they each use? Activity Monitor will tell me a tab that's using a lot of extra RAM & CPU, but I have no easy way to then find and close it! If it's not the front window, it's not in the dropdown window menu, and clicking through every single window, looking for that one tab, is not only a waste of time, but made even more difficult by not knowing what specific title of the page of the site is open, thus I can't just scan every open window for the website name itself! I just spent a lot of time going through them all, and haven't yet found it. Plus, why does the click-through go backwards, every time I delete tabs along the way? Why can't it just continue from that point, since I haven't closed the window, just one tab that had been in that window?

Thank you, but that's not my question.

You will be well aware of the following, of course.

The requested feature is not available.

Apple does not discuss what future plans they might have, and nobody here that knows those Apple plans can likely discuss them, and the rest of us don’t know the plans.

Your path to request this is the feedback link, or to convince WebKit to add it to the foundation.

macOS is what it is.

Your options here are the ones undoubtedly familiar to you, too: to wait for Apple or Webkit create a tool that does this, create the tool yourself and maybe as an extension, migrate to a web browser that better meets your needs, or migrate to a platform that better meets your needs.

Given you report other web browsers offer this feature, consider using one of those.

Yeah, yeah, yeah... I've done that plenty of times, and...?

This "community" is where the idea is that if you know something that can actually help someone, you comment.

Telling me to "tell it to Apple" does not qualify. It's pretty hard to imagine not a single Apple user has figured out some way, or knows of some app, that can accomplish what Apple won't....

Thank you, but that's not my question. Why would you even need to click on anything to see what tabs are in the window you're looking at? You can see them in the tab bar... I'm talking about being able to see "all" open tabs, those in "all" the windows, not just the one in front of me, I see those...
