Why does my Apple Watch count sleep while I'm awake?
I do not have a set sleep schedule set up. I manually turn on the sleep icon at bedtime and turn if off when I awake. However, if I’m sitting quietly at the desk working or sitting in a chair reading or something similar, I get a sleeping credit that can be many hours during the day. I may actually sleep for seven hours, but the Apple Watch says that I’ve been sleeping for 13 hours for example. What can I do to stop that
