Why won't my Venmo and back cards connect to Apple Cash on my new iPhone?
I have been dealing with this for week and i would like it fixed asap
i have 2 cards that was on my last apple account. I had upgraded my phone and when I did that only one of my card switched over to my apple account and that was my chime card. I have a Venmo card that will not connect and I have my back card that will not connect and both cards was connected to my last phone so I’m not sure why they want connect now and I need something to b done every time I talk to someone it get the run around either can u all get me into the old account or get the new one up to date to where I can add my cards to use them please and thank you
