Suspicious website reloaded my iphone
Went on a suspicious website and my phone reloaded in small amount of time somewhere around 5 seconds. I font know why it happened and what had it done to my phone. Probably got data breached.

Nope, there has not been any data breach by visiting a website. The website was attempting to scare you. You will have to navigate away from the website because simply closing Safari and opening again always returns to the last site visited.
