In Keynote for Mac how do a lock horizontal and vertical guides, at zero degrees, for example?

What do you mean by 'at zero degrees'?

'degrees' implies angles, but guides are always either horizontal or vertical, so '0 degrees' doesn't really make sense.

That said, there are two levels of 'guides' available. There are per-slide guides, which only apply to the current slide, and there are Master Guides applied to the master/layout slide.

There is no way to 'lock' guides on the individual slides, but guides on the Master/layout slide can only be moved in Layout mode, so they're effectively locked on the slide view, if that's what you mean?
