How can I pair AirTag with my iPhone?

Question

Bought 4 airtags, only one pairing missed as I wanted to change the Emoji and went back one step without finishing the pairing.

now the AirTag is not showing up at my Iphone, even after taki g out the battery. How can I make it pair - FOR THE FIRTST TIME?

Thanks. I had tried the reset, but I was only successfull as I restarted my phone. After that my phone showed the AirTag.
