TOSHIBA e-STUDIO2515AC-AirPrint gets automatically paused everytime a print out is sent. How to fix this?

I have a TOSHIBA e-STUDIO2515AC printer in our office which is connected to the office network. I'm trying to use air print to print from my Mac. I could find the printer with the IP address and add it successfully to my Mac. But every time I send a printout through Airprint, it automatically pauses. I tried several times to unpause it, but it gets paused again in a few seconds. How do I fix this? I am running Sonoma 14.6.1

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 14.6

I'd suggest installing the actual printer driver instead of relying on Airprint.

In addition when you say it's connected to your office network, do you mean that it is just connected to the network as any other device might be, or is printing done via a central print server ... and is a user/account id associated with each user for printer access or accounting purposes?
