Allergic to newest apple watch

Can't go a day without my arm getting red and itchy with my new apple watch. I did not have this problem with my old watch. There has to be something new in the watch that wasn't there. It started happening immediately, so it cant be because it was dirty. And my old watch I wore in retail running for hours at a time, so was sweating plenty without issue. It sucks! Any ideas?
