Why am I being charged for iTunes when I haven't used it?

Hello, I'm texting you about my issue which is about iTunes. Today i was charged about 12$ for using iTunes but the thing is i've never used itunes not not not in tge past and this kind of thing happens for the second time, first time i was charged for 9$ and can you please transfer my money back and inform me about the issues
