Why is my DStv stream app buffering on Apple TV 4K?

I have the Apple Tv 4K.

my DsTv Stream app sucks on it, it keeps buffering or the quality is reduced to basically only pixels.

All other streaming services have no such issue on the Apple Tv.

The Android Tv Stick (Skyworth) have no issue with any streaming services (Including DsTv Stream).

I have mirrored my iphone to the Apple Tv with the same results, it pixelates or buffer. When I watch it directly on my phone, I have no issues.

Is there a setting or is the Apple App just not that great on the Apple Tv.

Side note, the app is updated.
