Why are my genres mis-assigned in Apple Music?

Managing genre assignments in iTunes was dead simple; one could even include BPM as well as other valuable information not included in the provided meta tags. So why can’t we do this in Music? Some programmer at Apple thinks that a jazz album belongs in “crossover jazz” or “contemporary jazz” so that when I go to listen to the genre “jazz” these albums or songs are not there, and I have no way of correcting the issue so that all jazz is together, or pop, or rock, or rap, etc. Stop removing user controls. What ever happened to “the computer for the rest of us?” Apple is going bad.
