Apple Services Payment that I do not know where it's coming from

There is an apple services payment of 139 PESOS and it keeps getting cashed out of my gcash account, I don't know where it may be coming from because all my subscriptions are inactive. It has the ref. no. of: 326908193. Please help me find and cancel where it's coming from.
