How do I fix iMessage and FaceTime not working after changing my phone number?

Check Settings -> Apps -> FaceTime
There's a section here listing the ways people can contact you over FaceTime. Does your new number appear here?
Similarly, in Setttings -> Apps -> Messages there's a 'Send and Receive' section that lists the ways users can reach you using iMessage, as well as the default method used for outgoing messages.
