Trouble having Contacts and Messages syncing across multiple devices
I have an iMac, a MacBook, one iPhone and an iWatch, All signed on to the same iCloud account. I can't get them to sync Contacts, Calendars, Messages and Apple Mail consistently. One computer , my iWatch and my XR iPhone are up to date with latest software. The MacBook is older and has an earlier MacOS.
- Is it necessary to have have one computer act as a host for iCloud syncing? How is this accomplished?
- Does the fact that all devices don't have the latest upgrades prevent syncing?
- Is there any way my wife's devices using a different iCloud account can be synced for any of these apps?
