Dual eSim Issues Texting and Calling

I have dual esim in my iPhone 16 Pro Max, one is Verizon and one is T-Mobile, I use Verizon for personal and T-Mobile for work. Most of the time when I get a text it takes a while to get it like from a 2FA code and calls are sent to voicemail also. I have found that if I turn off T-Mobile everything works fine or if I put it in airplane mode and back on cellular it works again but this is an issue and I need to find a fix and not have to turn off the sims because I use both of them. Anyone else having this problem or know of a solution?
