How do I trace an unauthorized FaceTime call using my Apple ID?

Someone said I tried calling them via FaceTime and I didn’t, they even have proof of a missed call.

I see this as a serious privacy protocol breach!

Apple please fix this and find a way to trace this!

  • Change your Apple Account Password
  • Review if other devices are logged into your account by going to Settings > [name on top], and scroll to the bottom to view the devices. You can remove a device you see there if you do not recognize it.

There is no way to track a FaceTime call. They can be made by anyone that knows your Password to your account and signs into their device with it. If you think your account has been compromised then review this Support Article.

Nothing for Apple to fix, just like spam calls, spammer can spoof email address and phone numbers.
