How do I prevent Apple Pay from charging all cards in my wallet when the default payment method fails?

I need apple to stop trying every card in my wallet. I have 1 designated card for subscriptions. If that doesn’t have money, apple can wait its turn. And no I can’t remove the other cards. I never gave apple permission to use all of those cards. They aren’t even all just mine. I want to shut off access for apple to shove its greedy little paws in my wallet and screw up accounts not designated for subscriptions. Apple doesn’t tell you which subscriptions when it tries all your cards. It just says “Apple” so I i’m not talking about one specific subscription. Theres no notification for what your about to be charged for either. I definitely don’t recognize all of these charges either, and I checked my subscriptions, I don’t buy apps or music or make in app purchases which is very frustrating. Apple doesn’t even have a specific day they try to charge a bill on either. it’s sporadic and they just try every card over and over and over till they find a way in, its like guerrilla war fare on my account. Apple has a gross abuse of power with people’s money. I can’t remove my cards from my wallet I use them every day. I tried to talk to apple about this and so apple is pretty much saying that they created a feature that you can’t use unless they have free reign of your credit and debit cards, and they aren’t going to even tell you what they are raping your wallet for???!!! This is BS. Apple do something about this.
