2020 iMac - Screen Turns Green and Crashes

I have a 2020, 27" imac, Intel i9, 64gig DDR4 Ram, Radeon Pro 5500.

About once a day (sometimes less), the screen turns green and the computer crashes. Sometimes I'm not even doing anything at the moment it crashes.

I have Kernel Panic reports that I can share. ChatGPT tells me it's a CPU issue. I ran a script that logs the CPU/GPU temperature every minute. With the last crash, the machine wasn't running particularly hot.

Got ADP000 (no issues found) when I ran diagnostics.

I am located in New Zealand. My options for support are very limited in this country with a machine this old. Does anyone have any ideas?

Is the 64GB of RAM a factory configuration or aftermarket..?

If aftermarket, what RAM modules did you use..?

Please uninstall all of the third party VPN apps, both Getflix and Tunnelblick. They do not have to be running in order to cause major issues. Mac OS is extremely secure and does not require nor does it benefit from any of third party apps I mentioned above. Most users that have these installed suffer from damage done to Mac OS by these apps, including buggy behavior (much like you are experiencing), slow performance, crashes, and other odd behaviors. Please locate the developers uninstall instructions and follow them to the letter. Then please restart the computer in Safe Mode please ensure the wireless keyboard is plugged into the back of the Mac and the keyboard using the charging cable the keyboard came with. Also unplug ALL wired peripherals (USB, Thunderbolt, Firewire, etc...) prior to the Safe Mode restart. Next, please hold down the Shift key until the computer restarts in Safe Mode which can take up to 10 minutes. After you have uninstalled the apps mentioned and performed the Safe Mode restart then restart normally and test your computer for a few days.

Other than the 5 QuickLook crashes, the report seems OK.

At this time, I have a several more questions.

What type of connection are you using to the Dell..?

What type of connection are you using to the Toshiba TV..?

Do you get the green screen with just the Dell or when both are connected..?

Does the green screen show up on the iMac display, the Dell, the Toshiba or all three..?
