My G5 has 2 Operating Systems on a Partition Mojave and Monterey, if have to do a restart from Monterey my Machine will now boot into Mojave instead of 12.7.6. (this is a new trick.)

The only G5 Macs were iMacs from 2005-2006. None support Mojave or Monterey.

Yeah my mistake I meant my 2013 Mac Pro ie the Trash Can not my G5
