What are these "Relocated items" folders on my mac

I was digging around in my files deleting folders for apps i don't use anymore but I came across these folders and i'm confused. They seem like they all contain the same things and does anyone know if it is fine to delete it cause i'm planning on it. thank you.

See If a Relocated Items folder appears on your Mac after upgrading macOS - Apple Support

Items in a Relocated Items folder are usually outdated configuration files for macOS and/or various apps. Sometimes "regular" data files can get put there (don't know why). You can open each folder and look at the files inside. If you don't recognize them or need them you can safely delete them.
