Can an app purchase appear on a different Apple ID purchase history when you do family sharing?

So I bought an app when I was on family sharing. And it was billed to the organizer. The billing receipt is on my Apple ID, but I was wondering if the organizer of the family share received the receipt too. I’m an adult as well as the organizer but he hasn’t say anything about the purchase so I was wondering if he will be aware of the details , or what exactly would he be able to see?
