iPhone 16 Pro Bluetooth Steaming Issues iOS 18.3.2

I've see alot of posts about streaming issues on the iPhone 16e, however, no recent posts for issues using the iPhone 16 Pro. I recently upgraded from an iPhone 13 that had no issues regardless of which/how many devices I was connected to, nor streaming to. However, my 16 Pro seems to have issues streaming music, even after updating to iOS 18.3.2. Most of my issues arise when streaming to my 2022 Kia EV6. I've seen others post the issue appears to be worse when connected with Garmin smart watches, which I do have (Venu 3), however, turning off Bluetooth on my watch does not appear to help. I've tried both Spotify and Apple Music, both produce stuttering and speeding up/slow down of the music when connected to my car. When using AirPlay to my HomePod Mini, the music just appears to drop out entirely; my phone thinks it is still playing, but HomePod Mini just goes silent but will continue to respond to Siri requests.

I have tried resetting my Network settings as others have mentioned, that appears to buy me maybe an hour or so of streaming before the issue comes back.

Anyone else seeing the same?
