Media & Purchases has been disabled without any option to re-enable
Hi. So recently I was trying to add a debit card on my Apple ID and it failed for like 20 times. After that, my account got locked and it is disabled. When I try to download apps I get the alert "Media & Purchases account has been disabled". The alert tells me to hit the continue button on the alert to re-enable my account but hitting it doesn't do anything. Instead, I get redirected to a website. Most probably this link: getsupport.apple.com/?caller=kbase&PGF=PGF63005&category_id=SC0245&symptom_id=23362
I'll call this link the solution link.
I got the link from other parts of the site like here: If your Apple Account is locked, not active, or disabled - Apple Support
Now the thing is the link where I should find the fix does not actually have any fix. It only shows this:
clicking on the link only redirects me to the account.apple.com dashboard. Also, the solution link actually redirects me to getsupport.apple.com/solutions. But you can't click the link here now. It will redirect you to getsupport.apple.com because it needs some sort of callback to land you on /solutions. It uses a mix of JavaScript to track user's footsteps. So you need to start from the dashboard of getsupport.apple.com to get solutions.
From previous videos and images, the solution link should ask you a question about where did you see the error message "Media & Purchases account has been disabled" and after submitting, your apple account gets re-enabled. This is how it should have been looked like:
Snapshot from this video: Apple ID Err: Your Media & Purchases account has been disabled. Instant Fix For Free - YouTube
Now no matter what I try, nothing gets me to a solution. There's no option for chat sicne I don't have the apple support app on my iPhone and I can't download that too. I have a lot of purchases on this account and I need that. What the **** Apple. You are known for your after sales care. I mean you take a lot of money but you give the customers atleast good after sales support. What the **** bro.
So what is my option now.
iPhone 6s, iOS 15
