Vivint App Not Working
For the last few months, I have been unable to access my app. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling it, but I do not have access to the app. I saw this was a problem before. Has this issue resurfaced?

Here’s their recent update history. It looks to me like they have quite bugs they’ve been working on. It’s the app developers responsibility to maintain and update their apps, not Apples. Beyond what you’ve already done. The next step might be resetting network settings and if that doesn’t fix the issue try resetting all settings.
My app stopped working on Thursday March 27th. Per Vivint’s instructions, I have rebooted my panel, and uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and still same issue. Even so, Vivint.com won’t come up on safari at all. Only on google and DuckDuckGo’s browsers. My sister was able to download the Vivint app and connect to my house on her iPhone (she has the 14 model). I’m still unable to log in to the app for days. I get a message saying “400 Bad Request
Request Header Or Cookie Too Large
nginx/1.27.2”
anyone experiencing the same issue? Vivint keeps telling me the issue is fixed.
Have you talked to the support team at Vivent? If so, what did they say? What iPhone model and iOS version are you using?

I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max and the IOS 18.3.2
I have not contacted them yet. I have the iPhone 16 with the most up to date iOS.
