Unable to set up Face ID on iPhone 13

I just got this iPhone 13 and am trying to set the Face ID and it’s not working, keeps telling that it failed.i have checked for updates and reset the phone , turned on and off the attention options and tried that way and still not working. Any help would be appreciated

Here are some additional steps you can try to resolve the Face ID issue on your iPhone 13:


1. Check the TrueDepth Camera: Ensure the camera is clean and unobstructed. Remove any screen protector or case that might be blocking it.


2. Reset Face ID: Go to Settings ➡️ Face ID & Passcode, enter your passcode, and tap Reset Face ID. Then, set it up again.


3. Restart Your iPhone: Press and hold the side button and either volume button until the slider appears. Slide to power off, wait a few seconds, and turn it back on.


4. Reset All Settings: Go to Settings ➡️ General ➡️ Transfer or Reset ➡️ Reset ➡️ Reset All Settings. This won't delete your data but will reset system settings.


If none of these steps work, the issue might be hardware-related. Contact 👉 Official Apple Support OR you can always get your iPhone examined at the Apple Store 👉 Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and evaluation.
