iCloud for Windows – Outlook Calendar Date Change Not Saving

Hello,

I’m experiencing a persistent issue with the iCloud for Windows add-in for Outlook.

When I try to change the date of a calendar event by editing it from within the event window, the date does not save. However, if I drag the event to a different day directly on the calendar, the change is saved correctly and synced with iCloud.

I’ve tried the following:

• Reinstalled iCloud for Windows (latest version)
• Reinstalled Microsoft Outlook (Office 2016 + 2019)
• Created a new Outlook profile
• Reset Outlook data files
• Re-enabled the iCloud Outlook Add-in

None of these have resolved the issue. The only reliable method to edit an event is through iCloud.com, which works as expected.

It seems the iCloud Outlook Add-in fails to save calendar updates when edited from the event window.

Could you please assist or escalate this issue to your engineering team?
