WhatsApp is crashing on my brother’s iPhone 13

WhatsApp has been crashing on his iPhone 13 for three days now and we have uninstalled and install many times and his iOS is up to date. His phone IOS version is 18.1.1

please, kindly attend to us soon, he cannot afford to

loose the informations and files on his WhatsApp.
