Guessing what year and model is Not Productive

Find out which macOS your Mac is using

From the Apple menu  in the upper-left corner of your screen, choose About This Mac. The window that opens might look different from the example shown here, but it always includes the macOS name and version number. If you need to know the build number as well, click the version number to see it.

The computer keeps crashing and you what a new Installation of macOS 15 Sequoia ?

Understand all the instruction will be in English

Use macOS Recovery on an Intel-based Mac

This will install the Operating System On Top of the Existing installation

Install macOS: Reinstall macOS on your computer. In the Recovery app, select Reinstall macOS [name], then click Continue. To return to the Recovery app, choose Install macOS [name] > Quit Install macOS. See Reinstall macOS.

Now, if you want to Erase the Drive clean of everything ?

Think twice or 3x times before doing this as everything meaning everything is Gone

For Apple Intel computers, use Disk Utility to erase an Intel-based Mac and then follow the instructions in How to reinstall macOS.

Before proceeding, make sure to create a Time Machine backup
