How can I restore the internal speaker option in Audio MIDI Setup after accidental deletion?

In Audio MIDI Setup (Create Multi Output Device) I accidentally deleted my internal speaker option. I am trying to do a screen recording using BlackHole & the option to even click on internal speakers has been lost~how do I get it back or reset? thanks!

In Audio MIDI Setup I'm clicking + Create Multi Output Device. In that window I no longer have the option of "External Headphones" or "Internal Speakers". There's not even the option so I can check that box. I tried resetting but it's still not appearing.
