How can I review a work-provided app on the App Store?

I agree that I should be able to get feedback through my IT Department, but that doesn't ever seem to go anywhere and I would like to make a public statement because I want to warn other people away from the app until they fix these things. I want them to be ashamed of getting one star so they will be motivated.

An actual snail mail is an interesting idea, I hadn't really contemplated that. I don't know if they would look on it as impossibly quaint and discounted or give it more weight because it actually did come by mail.

Again, that does not come with the public shaming of a review on The App Store.

After I get through a particularly intense set of days with too many conversations on the app, I may try downloading it directly from the App Store on top of what I have from work. I am worried that it will delete customization that comes with the version blessed by the Work App Store that allow it to actually be used securely for our campus.

I dug out an older device I could use to download the app from the App Store so that I was able to put in my review.
