Error code when copying from Mac SSD to ext HD
I am getting error code 100083 when attempting to copy a photos library to an external hard drive.
What is the format of the External Hard Disk? That may be your problem. If you are unsure, single click the EHD's icon on your Desktop and the type Command + I (I as in Ivan) and a window will open, one of the pieces of information in that window will be the EHD's format type.
Another possible issue maybe that the External Hard Disk is failing. Download and run DriveDX and if the report shows ANY errors, that confirms the External Hard Disk is failing and MUST be replaced ASAP!!!!
