Recommendation for software to purge duplicate files on a 4TB external drive of MacBook Air

I have a 4TB Toshiba external drive as backup for many years of older computers and drives. There are a ton of duplicate files on it which I wish to rid myself of. Way too difficult to find them manually. Is there any software the community can recommend that can assist me in this endeavor?
