What can I upgrade my MacBook Pro macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 to?
I am currrently running MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6. What can I upgrade to?

Choose About This Mac from the Apple menu.
If it's a 2011 or older model, nothing.
If it's a 2012 or early 2013 model, Mojave and Catalina.
If it's a late 2013 or mid 2014 model, the previous two and Big Sur.
If it's a 2015 through 2016 model, the previous three and Monterey.
If it's a 2017 model, the previous four and Ventura.
If it's a 2018 model, the previous five, Sonoma, and Sequoia.
A model newer than that won't be on High Sierra.
