TD updater popping up every few seconds can’t locate it
I had board maker installed on my computer, but I deleted it because the TD updater kept flashing and anytime I would try to type in a document or an email or even in the search bar, it would appear for a split second, and then my cursor wouldn’t work. This is the only thing I could think of that’s disrupting my desktop because it just started happening. I was on the phone with Apple for an hour and she couldn’t figure it out. We can’t find it to uninstall it. Also, I cannot search the search bar unless I’m in safe mode and we still can’t find it. The little black box with the half circle, and the three blue dots flashes in the dock every so often, but can’t be opened. This is completely disruptive – any ideas on what I can do? I’ve powered down, rebooted, searched for the application, searched for the updater. I have removed the board maker program and emptied the trash – which is crazy because I need this program, but it still didn’t change anything.
