Clips isn’t listed in Settings > Camera / Microphone

Clips (v3.1.7 in iOS 18.3.2 on iPhone 13 Pro) is frozen in its pre-launch Required Permissions screen.

Screenshot shows no access to Camera and Microphone which should be in Settings > Privacy & Security.

Problem is Clips isn’t listed in either of those settings locations so I can’t enable Clips’ access to these hardware features.

Clips IS listed in Settings > Privacy & Security > Photo Library, and I’m able to select Clips there, but that is all.

THINGS TRIED

I tried going to Settings > Apps > Clips to find Mic and Cam enablers, but there’s no access there either.

I tried force quitting Clips and restarting iPhone.

If I select Continue button shown in screenshot above, Clips hangs indefinitely. The app is currently unusable (which, I guess lol, nobody uses it anyway).

But srsly, any ideas on how I can get Clips working?

Updated to iOS 18.4 and still have the same dim, hung permissions screen.

I can still allow clips access to my Photos Library, but there's no Clips app listed in Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone / Camera.

Any ideas how I can enabled Camera and Microphone permissions for Clips?
