here is a list of macs that support windows 10

Install Windows 10 on your Mac with Boot Camp Assistant - Apple Support

windows 11 is not supported by any (at least not officially)

no macs with m1/m2/m3/m4 support bootcamp in any way

if you don't need bootcamp then all of them should support windows (11 arm based) in a virtual machine with apps like parallels and vmware and such

microsoft has a page about the options

Options for using Windows 11 with Mac® computers with Apple® M1®, M2™, and M3™ chips - Microsoft Support

sure it's legal, Microsoft talks about it on the page I linked to

and parallels are close associates of apple

well virtual machines are not really suitable for playing fancy 3d games, because them being virtual the gpu video card features of the m chips would not be untapped.
