I have extensive speaker notes with a Keynote presentation created on iCloud in March 2025. However, it is not clear how to access them separately.
I do not see the print/pdf options discussed in the community from 2021.
Have there been any improvements that I'm missing?

Oh, my bad... I hadn't considered/noticed you were using iCloud. Indeed, the extended print options aren't available there.
It does seem odd that there's no way to print presenter's notes via the web. I think you're limited to opening the presentation locally.
I'm not quite sure what 2021-based discussion you're referring to, nor what you're looking to achieve...
When you choose to Print a presentation, the standard dialog has many options for the print layout, including whether or not to include presenter notes.
For example, these are the standard options I see when I try to print from within Keynote:

Thank you for the clear guidance. I’m using Keynote on iCloud and did not find those options. But, I can see that they are simple. (I don’t know that I was using the print menu well.)
My Mac is a little older, so it can’t run current versions of apps. Thus my use of iCloud versions.
thank you. Not your bad. Mine. I didn't include that I was using the iCloud version. I'll upgrade my Mac and get the upgraded Keynote. Very helpful.
