Problems with Apple Senior Tech, esp Gerard

Hughs problem with iphone/ipad since Nov 13, 2024 -- issues too complicated to list here but i have never had trouble before with apple support -- anyone knows what gives???

We are not Apple and have no idea of who does what there. There is no longer an electronic way to report issues with sales. service, or support issues.You have to contact Apple, because they will not see complaints posted here.


That leaves the option of a phone call (usually ineffective in any big company) or, preferably, a well-penned business letter to Apple HQ:



State the facts in writing, without emotion or threats.


Based on my experience working in corporate America, phone calls create "While you were out..." slips that get lost. Voice mails are too easily overlooked or deleted, and too hard to make into tangible evidence.


Letters are tangible and can become part of an employee's permanent file for use at performance reviews and displinary actions.
