Shared Apple Music subscription not working

I’ve updated my Apple Music to a family plan and shared the subscription with my family members.


On my family member’s phone it’s showing they need to subscribe to a new Apple Music plan.


I have removed them from my family and re-added them and these same problem. How can I ensure they access my Apple Music plan and the subscription shows on their account ?
