can't download apps from the App Store.

Hi,
I'm having a problem - I can't download or update apps from the
App Store. I've tried signing in to my Apple ID again, checking my payment methods and internet connection, but the problem persists.
Could you help me solve this problem?
Thanks for your help!

That payment method is no longer valid from Apple's point of view and a new one will have to be added to allow you to update or download any apps. When a charge is disputed because of fraud, Apple is not going to keep using that payment method. You may need to have a valid payment method on file to download apps even if they are free or to update apps.

Hello, I had subscribed to Duolingo for a year, then I forgot to cancel it, Duolingo deducted money from my father's card, then my father thought that scammers were disappearing money from the card, he contacted the bank, the bank blocked the card and returned the money, since then it has not allowed me to download apps. We do not need the Duolingo year extension, we do not use it. Now I cannot update or download anything from the app store

Click here and contact Apple Support directly. Currently it is showing that your subscription has been cancelled, but I do not know the status of your account after the subscription charge was disputed with your bank. As stated before, if this is the same card that had that charge disputed, it is most likely no longer valid a a payment method.
