Continually bumped out of comments dialog box on Fox News and WSJ.

When trying to type in the comments sections of some web sites (Fox News and now WSJ) articles I continually get bumped out of the dialogue box and the page scrolls down a bit. I just wiped my Mac and reloaded it shouldn't be any settings issues. My software is up to date. It's kind of creepy.

Not sure why it’s creepy. I’d contact the web developers. I’ve noticed some similar behavior on pages with dynamic loading of comments. The page seems to refresh the area and kick you out of the dialogue box. Clicking back in seems to work just fine.

In my instance I can click back in but only for a short period then out I go again. This is a recent issue.
