Adding family members on Apple Music (Android)

Hi team,

I'm struggling to add family members on Apple Music. Ever time I go to "Manage Family", I enter my password, but it just goes back to the account page. I've tried restarting my phone, deinstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing data and cache, nothing works. I'm thinking of switching services because it's always such a hassle trying to set things up on a non-Apple device or computer. I really like Apple Music, but this is so annoying. Please help!
