Is it possible to get my Qardio data back on my iPhone after its closure?

Been using Qardio Arm and Base for years. Now they've gone belly-up and I can't log in to the app on my iPhone. How can I get my data? Is that at all possible?

If you can’t log in to their server I can’t think of any way to get your data, unless you authorized syncing your data to the Apple Health app. Have you looked in Health?

You need to try to find the app developer of this app. Apple has nothing to do with them and Apple has no way to pull data from an app they don't own. They seem to still have a website, so start here --> https://www.qardio.com/about-us/

And I see they still have apps in the app store.

PS: there's only spotty data in Apple Health for me. I think I didn't connect the two until recently, so there's historical data in Qardio that Apple Health doesn't have. Maybe another question: any way to get Apple Health to pull old data?

In general, apps push data to Apple Health, the Health app doesn’t pull. The exception is that you can authorize Health to pull data from EMR systems such as Epic or Anthem. But it would still need to be able to log in to those systems.

Thank you for the tip, hopeforwells. Downloaded the Hume Health App. I followed setup, entered all the information that it asked for without any trouble. Stood on the Qardiobase and it's been searching for the scale without success. Both wireless and bluetooth are active on my iPhone 16 Pro. Even turned the scale off and on and still no luck. In the meantime, I bought a Withings BPM Connect thing and just ordered a Withings Body Smart scale. The BPM is compatible with Apple Health, so I'm halfway there. I would really like to get the Qardiobase to connect, though.

I didn't realize what was happening until I moved from an iPhone13 to iPhone16. The Qardio app transferred to my new phone, but I cannot log into the app on my new phone and my scale is no longer sending info to the app that is still connected on my old phone. Is there a way to export historical data from Qardio? There's no support and after reviewing comments going back to fall 2024 there's no response from the company. Any one know of any tricks to get the data out??

Use the Hume Health App for Qardiobase. I downloaded it today and it works. I did get stuck in a cycle of setting goals, but once I got out of that loop the preferred settings will be in the bottom right corner "Me" where you can change units, etc. Haven't found one yet for the QardioArm

Appreciate the reply lobster, but while the site is still up and they still seem to be selling products, they're out of business and no longer supporting the apps. If you click thru to support pages it's all broken links, invalid server certs, etc. Glad you and Lawrence confirmed there's no ability to "pull" the data. Tried to delete my Qardio account today via the app and ran into another api error. Like mitrebox, I'm moving on to Withings.

Sorry. If they are no longer supporting these apps and you can't reach them for support, there just isn't anything you can do to get your data.
