You cannot. If you accidentally added money to your Apple Account instead of Apple Cash from a Debit Card/Bank, then you can contact Apple to have that transaction reversed.

Transferring funds out of your Apple Account by you is not possible because the Apple Account is the location where Gift Cards are redeemed and Gift Cards cannot used as Cash or transferred to a bank account.
