How to restore my boot camp partition after replacing my SSD

Good work on the backup. You need to reinstall Windows before restoring the system- basically, follow these instructions again: Install Windows 10 on your Mac with Boot Camp Assistant - Apple Support

Then, WinClone should let you restore the image you made.
